I am a baker of all things sourdough.
My journey started as a certified holistic wellness coach 5 years ago. That has morphed into how can I make my household healthier. Over the last 5 years I have gone from buying unhealthy processed foods to making everything I can in a clean and healthier way. This is why I started making sourdough about 2 years ago.

I started SheDoughs in December 2023. I am licensed in Illinois as a Cottage Baker.
I make sourdough foods, savory and sweet, using only high quality organic ingredients. I believe this sets me apart from other bakers.
I look forward to sharing my sourdough with you.
